Documents authentication

To authenticate a document an applicant should send to the Embassy:

  1. Document authenticated by the Department of Global Affairs Canada (additional information can be found here).
  2. Bank draft for 35 Euro (per document), addressed to the Embassy of Belarus in Canada.  
  3. A bank draft or certified check needs to be issued in EURO payable to the Embassy of Belarus in Canada and must have 2 signatures of authorized bank officers. Any European bank dealing with the euro currency can be specified as the correspondent bank by the bank issuing you a bank draft or check in EURO. Please make sure the name and details of a particular correspondent bank. Please note, the Embassy does not accept bank drafts or checks issued by HSBC bank.

  4. Prepaid self-addressed return envelope.  

    In case of personal application to the Embassy the payment may be accepted in Euro cash.
